It was built in 2001 . While "Cezar” and "Promenad” suppose 4**** accomodation, "Zheneva” is more like the sanatorium. It is a 4-storied building estimated on 49 rooms.
"Zheneva” is situated in the central part of the resort, 1,5km from the railway station and in a 10 minutes walk from the central pump-room and 5 minutes walk from the second upper pump-room.
The territory of the sanatorium is adjacent to the city park. The resort complex has its own medical facilities and extensive infrastructure, including the largest spa in Ukraine.

There is a large Spa& Wellness Center on the complex’s campus. Medical programs and recovery methods are based on the mineral water treatment, diet therapy, aromatherapy, mineral wax therapy, balneotherapy, colon hydrotherapy, and magnet therapy. Each guest can be diagnosed with the latest equipment, get expert’s advice on the treatment of various diseases.
