All rooms are equipped with utensils, pots, clothes dryers, ironing board / iron, telephone.

Dining room is a separate building of the sanatorium. There are two dining halls. All guests of the sanatorium "Karpaty" are offered pre-order meals. Diet food is provided for guests under treatment and is proscribed by doctors. For patients of cardiac and neurological departments and those with diseases of the circulatory and central nervous system four meals a day are offered. For patients of a specialized rehabilitation departments (kardio- rehabilitational, neyro- rehabilitational, pre-natal) five meals a day are offered. Those  who do not need a special diet and adherence may eat so called "home food”

Medical Department of the  sanatorium  is in Bldg. № 1. The ground floor is designated for cardiac and neurological department, the 1^st floor nave all the conditions for pregnant women.

In the sanatorium Poliana mineral water is used for:

- Normalization of lipid metabolism (lowering cholesterol, triglyceride - low HDL and very low density in the blood);

- Diabetes, anemia, obesity;

- Treatment of accompanying diseases (gastric ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer, chronicity of gastritis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis, hepatitis, colitis, a syndrome of lesions of the colon);

The sanatorium is specialized in the treatment of:

- Chronic disease of the internal circulation;

- Chronic disease of the central nervous system;

- Rehabilitation of patients after acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, heart surgery and acute cardiac arrhythmias;

- Rehabilitation of patients with the traumas of stroke;

- Rehabilitation of pregnant women with disorders of pregnancy with obstetrical and extra genital pathology;

- Patients with concomitant diseases of the digestive system, peripheral nervous system;

- Of the musculoskeletal system, endocrine system and the urinary organs pathologies;

The samatorium has three round-the-clock medical office, equipped with the necessary medical equipment, medicines, medical supplies to provide emergency medical care to patients. In the kardio-rehabilitational department there is an intensive therapy unit, equipped with all the necessary.

A decoration of the sanatorium’s an ancient palace built in the late XIX century, the founder and owner of this was an Austrian statesman, Count Friedrich Sherborne.

The palace is surrounded by a beautiful arboretum with an artificial lake in the center of it. Next to the fenced area of ​​the park is a mini-zoo.

At a distance of 1,000 meters from the resort flows a mountain river of Latoritsa. There is a large playground, a coffee-shop, a bar, and a restaurant, too.

For leisure of the guests there are:

- A Club with a cinema and a concert stage;

- A library with a reading room for 30 seats;

- Billiard room with 3 tables;

- A fitness club;

- A gym.
